13MnNiMoR steel plate is a low-temperature pressure vessel steel plate, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power station, boiler and other industries, for the production of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, ball tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear power reactors pressure shells, boiler packages, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, hydroelectric power station high-pressure water pipes, water turbine turbine shells and other equipment and components.
13MnNiMoR steel plate production process: electric furnace smelting → LF / VD furnace refining → ingot casting → ingot cleaning → ingot heating → rolling → flaw detection → normalizing → tempering → steel plate repair and grinding → flaw detection → cutting samples → performance test → storage.
The implementation standard of 13MnNiMoR steel plate is GB713-2008, the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T709, the allowable deviation of thickness is in accordance with the B class deviation of GB/T709.
13MnNiMoR can be delivered in hot rolled, control rolled, normalized, annealed, tempered, normalized+tempered, tempered, etc.; 13MnNiMoR steel plate with thickness more than 60mm can be delivered in annealed or tempered condition, and can be subjected to -20℃ impact test, and can be customized according to the requirements if there are other special requirements.
