316 stainless channel
316 stainless steel channel steel is a long strip of steel with a groove-shaped cross-section. The same with the I-beam, stainless steel channel steel is also divided into ordinary channel steel and lightweight channel steel two kinds of models and specifications of the same waist height (h) × leg width (b) × waist thickness (d) of the millimetre. Stainless steel 316 is an alloy containing 2-3% molybdenum. The addition of molybdenum gives Stainless Steel 316 better corrosion resistance, especially in chlorinated environments.

Advantages of 316 stainless steel
Corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in the production process of pulp and paper has good corrosion resistance. Also 316 stainless steel is resistant to marine and aggressive industrial atmospheres.
Heat resistance: In intermittent use below 871°C (1600°F) and in continuous use above 927C° (1700°F), 316 stainless steel (06Cr17Ni12Mo2) has good oxidation resistance. In the range of 427°C-857°C (800°F-1575°F), it is better not to use 316 stainless steel continuously, but in the continuous use of 316 stainless steel outside of this temperature range, the stainless steel has good heat resistance. 316L stainless steel has better resistance to carbide precipitation than 316 stainless steel, and can be used in the above temperature range.
Heat treatment: anneal in the temperature range of 850-1050°C, then anneal rapidly, then cool rapidly. 316 stainless steel cannot be hardened by heat treatment.
