15CrMoR steel plate is a kind of low carbon alloy steel plate with high strength, corrosion resistance and low temperature impact performance, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, nuclear power and ocean engineering.
The chemical composition of 15CrMoR steel plate mainly includes iron, carbon, chromium, manganese, silicon and a small amount of alloying elements. Among them, the carbon content is 0.12% to 0.20%, chromium content is 0.80% to 1.20%, manganese content is 0.40% to 0.70%, and silicon content is 0.20% to 0.50%. The combination of these elements has an important influence on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material.
15CrMoR steel plate has high strength and good toughness. Its yield strength and tensile strength are 800MPa and 900MPa respectively, and its hardness ranges from 24HRC to 32HRC. In addition, its mechanical property indexes such as elongation, impact toughness, section shrinkage and bending limit are excellent, which can meet the needs of various complex engineering structures.
In corrosive environments, the surface of 15CrMoR steel plate forms a dense oxide film, which resists oxidation and corrosion attacks. In addition, this material shows good corrosion resistance in a variety of organic and inorganic corrosive media, such as water, nitric acid, acetic acid and so on. This makes 15CrMoR have a long service life in petroleum, chemical and other industrial fields.
