GNEE STEEL recently finished the full delivery of a large batch NM500 abrasion resistant steel plates to our industrial client based in Haiphong, Vietnam. The total weight of this shipment hits 95,837 kilograms, specially customized for local mining and construction machinery projects.
This order covers two standard dimensions of NM500 steel plates:
- 1200×2000×6.0mm, quantity 56 pieces, total weight 6,381 KG
- 1200×2000×10.0mm, quantity 475 pieces, total weight 89,456 KG
All plates are strictly produced following Chinese national standard GB/T 24186. As clearly required by the Vietnam buyer, every batch must achieve longitudinal impact energy KV2 ≥40J under -20°C low-temperature environment to adapt to complex outdoor working conditions in Vietnam. Before packaging, all steel plates are sorted and fixed with standard wooden battens for seaworthy export packaging, avoiding deformation and scratch during long ocean transportation.
Dual-Side Document Confirmation & Transparent Cooperation
To eliminate all technical and delivery disputes, we completed full double-side document confirmation before launching mass production.
First, our Vietnam partner issued an official Purchase Order with detailed rigid quality standards, including strict dimensional tolerance limits, flawless surface requirements and mandatory low-temperature impact testing rules. After receiving the PO, GNEE signed a formal Product Sales Contract with the client to lock all details: exact plate specifications, CIF Haiphong trade term, 30% prepayment + 70% against copy of B/L payment term, and 35-day delivery cycle after deposit.
The complete set of signed PO and sales contract proves this is a real, formal bulk order, and fully shows our ability to strictly follow every customized technical demand from overseas purchasers. Clients can conduct factory inspection or pre-shipment goods inspection at any time as agreed in the contract.
Strict Quality Inspection & Complete MTC Support
Quality control runs through the whole production flow of this NM500 order. We adopt micro-alloying rolling technology to balance high hardness and excellent low-temperature toughness of wear plates. Every finished plate will go through tensile test, hardness test and ultrasonic flaw detection workshop by workshop.
Upon delivery, we supply original Mill Test Certificate (MTC) matching the whole batch of goods. The MTC records complete chemical composition and mechanical performance test data, which can be used for local customs clearance, third-party laboratory testing and on-site engineering acceptance in Vietnam. For clients with special inspection demands, we also support sending test samples in advance for verification.
One-Stop Export Logistics & Smooth Shipment
The whole 95,837KG NM500 cargo is packed into 2 standard 20GP containers. We finished customs clearance and loading at Qingdao Port on June 1, 2026, with a formal multimodal transport bill of lading issued by T.G.LINES shipping line.
