14Cr1MoR belongs to the pressure vessel steel plate, corresponding to the American Standard Grade SA387Gr11cl2 (ASME), which is mainly used in the fields of petrochemical industry, pressure vessel, nuclear power and so on.

 

14Cr1MoR steel plate implementation standard: GB/T 713.2-2023, for the pressure equipment with steel plate and steel strip part 2: specified temperature properties of non-alloy steel and alloy steel, this standard replaces the original GB/T713-2014 and GB/T35012-2018 standard, the new standard 2024 March started to implement the new standard, the current standard is GB/T713- 2014.

Cr:1.15~1.5

Mechanical properties of 14Cr1MoR steel plate:
Tensile properties: thickness 6 ~ 100mm tensile strength of 520 ~ 680MPa.
Yield strength ≥ 310MPa thickness > 100 ~ 200mm tensile strength of 510 ~ 670MPa.
Yield strength ≥ 300MPa impact test: 20 ℃ impact work ≥ 47J bending test: 180 ° b = 2a when D = 3a

 

14Cr1MoR steel plate is suitable for petrochemical, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinder, thermal power and other high temperature and high pressure, and hydrogen or hydrogen mixed media connected to the correct large-scale equipment.
