Tungsten Copper Alloy 70W-30CU Rod
70W-30CU tungsten alloy bar is a composite material made from a combination of tungsten and copper. 70% tungsten and 30% copper give this alloy excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, good wear and erosion resistance, and high strength and hardness. Due to its combination of excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, high melting point and durability, it is commonly used in high performance electrical and thermal applications.
70W-30CU Tungsten-Copper Composite is a two-phase structural pseudo alloy consisting mainly of the elements tungsten and copper, which belongs to metal matrix composites. Due to the large difference in physical properties between copper and tungsten, they cannot be produced by fusion casting method and are generally produced by powder alloying technology.
