Tungsten Alloy Bars

Tungsten round stock metal are also called tungsten alloy rods. Tungsten Alloy Bar (WMoNiFe) with Anviloy 1150 is made from metal powder refined at a specific high temperature using special high temperature powder metallurgy technology. In this way tungsten alloy bar material has low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal conductivity and good material properties.

At high temperatures, tungsten alloy round steel rod acts as a material with high melting point and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The addition of tungsten alloying elements improves workability, toughness and weldability. The material properties are established in the manufacturing of tungsten alloy bars eliminating the problems associated with heat treatment of other cutting tool materials.
