201 Stainless Steel Pipe

201 Stainless Steel Pipe is a kind of hollow long circular steel, mainly widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical instrumentation and other industrial transportation pipes and mechanical structural components. In addition, the bending and torsional strength are the same, and the weight is light, so it is also widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures. Stainless steel 201 belongs to an austenitic grade of steel. The 201 Stainless Steel Pipe is designed with a superior composition of chromium, iron, manganese, nickel, silicon, nitrogen, and carbon. This gives the non-magnetic grade superior resistance to corrosion across stress-induced systems. 201 SS Pipe has a density of 7.86 g/cm3 and works well in low and high temperature setups. The pipes in this grade showcase outstanding formability and can be fabricated using standard welding procedures. The ASTM A269 Tp201 Tubing is ideal for use in sanitary applications and has excellent mechanical properties. These tubes are designed with a minimum tensile strength of 685mpa with a minimum yield strength of 292mpa and have an elastic modulus of 197gpa. Similarly, an ASTM A554 Tp201 Pipe is designed for use in ornamental and structural applications where higher strength and tolerance are needed.
