304L 316L Stainless Channel Steel
304L stainless steel is a variant of 304 stainless steel, its carbon content is lower, so it is more commonly used in occasions where welding is required. 304L stainless steel has better corrosion resistance and welding performance than 304 stainless steel, but its strength is slightly weaker. Stainless steel channel is a long strip of steel with a groove-shaped cross-section, the same as the I-beam, which is also divided into two kinds of ordinary channel and light channel.
316L stainless steel channel steel is the most commonly used steel in engineering construction. Like angle steel , they are mainly used for corrosion resistance and weight requirements. 316L has a wide range of applications in the chemical industry due to its excellent corrosion resistance. 316L also belongs to the 18-8 austenitic stainless steel derivatives, with the addition of 2 to 3% of the Mo element. On the basis of 316L, many steel grades are also derived, such as 316Ti derived from adding a small amount of Ti, 316N derived from adding a small amount of N, and 317L derived from increasing the content of Ni and Mo.
