RINA FH36 FH40 Steel Plate
FH36 shipbuilding steel plate: F indicates the quality grade of high strength hull structural steel. Hull structural steel is divided into general-strength structural steel and high-strength structural steel, general-strength hull steel is divided into four quality grades A, B, D, E; high-strength hull structural steel is a combination of four quality grades (A, D, E, F) and three strength levels (32, 36, 40).
RINA FH36 FH40 Steel Plate can be divided into general strength structural steel and high strength structural steel plate according to its yield strength.

Comparison with other RINA steel grades
RINA classifies high-strength shipbuilding steels into grades AH, DH, EH, and FH, based on their minimum impact testing temperature.
A-grades are tested at 0°C.
D-grades are tested at -20°C.
E-grades are tested at -40°C.
F-grades (FH36, FH40) are tested at -60°C, indicating very high toughness in extremely low temperatures.
