CCS EH32 Ship Steel Plate
EH32 steel plate is a kind of marine structural steel plate with good atmospheric corrosion resistance. It can be used to make some ship decks, marine buildings, etc. It is one of the more common types of marine steel plate.
In the chemical composition of EH32 steel plate, the content of carbon C is not more than 0.18%, the content of manganese Mn is between 0.90% and 1.60%, the content of aluminum Al is not less than 0.015%, the content of silicon Si is between 0.10% and 0.50%, the content of phosphorus P is not more than 0.04%, and the content of sulfur S is not more than 0.04%. These compositions provide for its mechanical properties and atmospheric corrosion resistance.

Characteristics of EH32 marine sheet
1. High strength: EH32 shipbuilding plates is a high-strength steel plate, its tensile strength is usually between 440-590MPa, which makes it able to withstand larger loads and pressures.
2. good plasticity: EH32 steel used in shipbuilding has good plasticity and malleability, which is easy to be processed into various shapes of structural parts.
3. excellent impact toughness: EH32 ship building steel plate has excellent impact toughness, i.e. it is able to absorb and disperse energy when subjected to an impact, reducing the risk of rupture.
