ASTM A529-50 channel steel beam
ASTM A529-50 carbon steel channel is stronger than regular A36 channel because A529-50 steel metal channel is a carbon manganese steel.A529-50 structural channel has a yield strength of 50 ksi and weighs less for the same strength. As a result, the A529-50 u shaped metal channel is ideal for applications requiring higher strength.
