Q345R+S39042 clad steel plate has passed inspection, with all parameters including dimensions, surface quality, and other specifications fully meeting customer requirements.
The composite steel slab delivered this time consists of four layers: the outer and inner surfaces are Q345R pressure vessel steel plates, while the middle two layers are S39042 stainless steel plates. Due to the significant differences in performance indicators between each layer, the rolling process requires extremely stringent technical requirements.
To ensure a successful first trial rolling, the GNEE technical and business teams conducted multiple process alignments with the client beforehand to develop the corresponding technical solution.
