NO8810 corrosion-resistant alloy invented in the 1970s, which contains about 30% of Ni, 20% of Cr, Al and Ti total of about 1%, mainly used in high-temperature corrosion-resistant environments, such as oil and gas pipelines, heat exchangers, steam power turbines, etc.; it is a corrosion-resistant alloys in the application of a wide range of steel.
lncoloy 800 series alloy is Ni and Cr as the main alloying elements of the Ni-Fe-Cr system of corrosion-resistant alloys. In the 1950s the global metal nickel resources appeared in short supply, in order to develop a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel alloy materials, the United States of America's international nickel company took the lead in the development of Incoloy 800 alloy. The alloy can maintain a stable austenitic structure for a long time at high temperatures, and is characterized by high strength, good oxidation and carburization resistance, as well as strong corrosion resistance in liquid environments. On the basis of Incoloy 800 alloy, through the continuous adjustment of alloy composition (o(C) and o(Al+Ti)), two kinds of iron-nickel based alloys, Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 800HT, have been developed.
