15CrMoR belongs to chromium-molybdenum alloy steel for pressure vessels, corresponding to the American Standard SA387Gr12CL2 (ASME), this material is usually used for the manufacture of large-scale petrochemical, thermal power generation and other industries, such as pressure vessels, such as reactors, heat exchangers, separators and so on.
15CrMoR steel plate implementation standard: GB/T 713.2-2023, for the pressure equipment with steel plate and steel strip part 2: specified temperature properties of non-alloy steel and alloy steel, this standard replaces the original GB/T713-2014 and GB/T35012-2018 standard, the new standard 2024 March start implementation, now the standard is GB/T713- 2014.
15CrMoR steel plate smelting: 15CrMoR steel plate is smelted by oxygen converter and electric furnace, and should be refined outside the furnace. The compression ratio of continuous casting billet and ingot is not less than 3; the compression ratio of electroslag remelting billet is not less than 2.
Tensile test: thickness 6 ~ 60mm yield strength greater than or equal to 295MPa, tensile strength of 450 ~ 590MPa thickness greater than 60 ~ 100mm yield strength greater than or equal to 275MPa, tensile strength of 450 ~ 590MPa thickness greater than 100 ~ 200mm yield strength greater than or equal to 255MPa, tensile strength of 440~ 580MPa
