product-453-379The A516Gr70+304L Clad Steel Plate is manufactured using A516Gr70 base steel plate and 304L cladding steel plate as raw materials, through hot-rolling bonding method or explosive welding followed by hot-rolling. The surface of the 304L cladding layer must be delivered after polishing, pickling, or passivation. It features a smooth and flat surface, firm bonding of the composite layer, high shear strength, and good cold bending performance.

 

The 304L cladding layer is resistant to corrosion from the atmosphere, acids, alkalis, and other media, with no tendency for intergranular corrosion, which can meet the corrosion resistance requirements of the side of the structure in contact with corrosive media. The A516Gr70 base layer can satisfy the structural requirements for rigidity and weldability. This clad steel plate can save a large amount of stainless steel and reduce structural costs.

 

It is mainly used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, seawater desalination, nuclear industry and other sectors for manufacturing corrosion-resistant general containers, pressure vessels, and other equipment.
