GBT713 Q370R vessel steel plates are suitable for pressure vessel compression components at middle and normal temperatures. The thickness of Q370R vessel steel plates is 6mm~180mm. GBT713 Q370R vessel steel plates are used for the manufacture of petroleum, chemical, gas separation, gas storage and transportation containers or other similar preparations, such as various towers, heat exchangers, tanks, tankers and so on.

Process Innovation
Smelting and Continuous Casting: The combination of top-bottom combined blowing converter smelting, LF refining, and RH vacuum circulation degassing is adopted to control the purity of molten steel. The total amount of non-metallic inclusions is ≤ grade 2.0, which is 40% lower than that of traditional processes.
Rolling and Heat Treatment: Through the controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) technology, a fine-grained ferrite + pearlite structure is obtained at the final rolling temperature of 850-950°C. Combined with normalizing treatment at 680°C, the tensile strength of the steel plate reaches 530-630MPa, and the elongation is ≥20%.
Flaw Detection and Inspection: The GB/T 713-2023 standard is implemented. Ultrasonic flaw detection meets grade III qualification by default, and the thickness deviation conforms to the provisions of Class B, ensuring 100% traceability of products.
Packaging & Shipping
