Products Description
14Cr1MoR is a type of Cr-Mo hydrogen-resistant alloy structural steel, which implements the GB713-2008 standard.
In its name, "14" represents a carbon content of approximately 0.14%, "Cr" and "Mo" refer to the elements chromium and molybdenum respectively, and "R" indicates a steel plate for pressure vessels.
The delivery state is pre-quenched and tempered, with a hardness range of 270-340HB. This steel grade controls the content of impurities such as Sn and Sb through processes like vacuum degassing and temperature-controlled rolling. Its thickness can cover 8-120mm, and the maximum width reaches 3900mm.

Key Characteristics of 14Cr1MoR
High-temperature resistance: Chromium and molybdenum elements enhance high-temperature strength and creep resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments.
Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to hydrogen corrosion and high-temperature sulfide corrosion, making it suitable for scenarios in contact with hydrogen or hydrogen-mixed media.
Weldability: Under the condition of strictly controlling the welding process, it is not easy to produce cracks and pores, and the welded joint has high strength.
Production Process
