DIN 17155 16Mo3 Pressure Vessel Steel is a German standard (now largely superseded by EN 10028-2) for a low-alloy, weldable, creep-resistant steel used in high-temperature boiler and pressure vessel applications, known for its excellent heat resistance and strength up to about 500°C, thanks to its molybdenum content, with equivalents in ASTM (A204 Gr. B) and other standards, often found in power plants and oil/gas industries.
