12Cr1MoV steel plate is an alloy steel plate. The carbon content of 12Cr1MoV steel plate is 0.12%. In addition, trace elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium are specially added to the steel to adjust the properties of the steel plate.

15CrMo steel plate is an alloy structural steel that is a pearlitic structure heat-resistant steel. 15CrMo steel plate has high lasting strength below 500-550℃, good machinability and cold strain plasticity, and acceptable weldability (preheating to 300℃ before welding and post-weld heat treatment). 15CrMo steel plates generally adopt normalizing and high-temperature tempering.

12Cr1MoV steel is mainly used to manufacture superheated steel pipes, conduits, serpentine pipes and other corresponding forgings in high-pressure equipment whose working temperature does not exceed 570-585°C after normalizing and high-temperature tempering.

After normalizing and tempering, 15CrMo steel can be used to manufacture boiler superheaters, medium and high-pressure steam pipes and headers with steam temperatures up to 510°C, and main steam pipes with steam temperatures up to 510°C. After quenching and tempering, it can be used to manufacture various important parts that work at room temperature.
