Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate NM360
NM360 wear resistant plate is high strength wear resistant steel plate.
NM360 wear-resistant steel is delivered from the factory with an average hardness of 400 HBW, and its mechanical properties are obtained by quenching.
NM360 has been successfully used in high wear environments, and it also has excellent machinability properties, especially for welding.
Examples of NM360 applications include: loaders, excavators, dump trucks, conveyor equipment, trucks, cutters and breakers, waste removal and recycling equipment, etc.

NM360 abrasion resistant metal Products Details
The tensile strength of NM360 resistant steel plate should be not less than 850MPa, and the hardness should be not less than HRC36.This high strength and hardness can ensure that the steel plate has high wear resistance and can withstand large loads and impacts.
The wear resistance of NM360 abrasion plate is 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary low carbon steel, which can effectively resist friction and wear and prolong the service life of mechanical parts.
