S690Q is a European standard tempered high strength steel, S690QL steel plate is a low alloy high strength structural steel plate.
S690Q/S690QL is made by electric furnace steelmaking from scrap iron, the steel is pure, the steel plate is poured with steel, cooled and pressed into flat steel. It is flat, rectangular, and can be rolled directly or sheared from wide steel strip. Steel plate by thickness, thin steel plate <8 mm (the thinnest 0.2 mm), medium-thick steel plate 8 ~ 60 mm, extra-thick steel plate 60 ~ 120 mm.
S690Q/S690QL steel plate grade indication:
"S": indicates that the steel plate is alloy structural steel;
"690": indicates that the yield strength of steel plate is more than 690MPa;
"Q": indicates that the delivery state of the steel plate;
"L": the impact temperature of the steel plate is -50 ℃.
S690Q/S690QL steel plate implementation standards: the implementation of the European standard EN10025-6 standard.
Delivery state: steel plate is delivered in quenched + tempered condition, or the delivery state can be specified according to technical requirements.
Thickness direction performance requirements: Z15, Z25, Z35.
S690Q/S690QL Delivery condition: Steel plate delivered in quenched and tempered condition.
Production cutting process: Production process: Primary refining → LF refining → VD treatment → continuous casting (die casting) → cleaning, heating → rolling → (stacking) → surface inspection → batches → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting samples → performance inspection → warehousing.
