SA302 Grade C is Mn- Mo-Ni alloy steel grade, the same with SA302 Grade D. SA302 Grade C min yield strength is 345Mpa. When normalized SA302 Grade C in thickness 100mm or over in thickness, the cooling rate maybe accelerated by air blasting or liquid quenching to obtain mechanical properties comparable to those developed by normalizing plates in the lesser thickness.
