Super High Pressure-Bearing Capacity: With a minimum yield strength of 890 MPa (for thickness ≤50mm) and tensile strength of 940-1100 MPa, it can withstand extreme internal pressure of pressure vessels, avoiding deformation or leakage under high-pressure conditions. The fine-grain structure formed by quenching and tempering further enhances its load-bearing stability.

 

 S890Q Excellent Low-Temperature Toughness & Anti-Brittle Fracture Performance: Pressure vessels often work in complex temperature environments (including low temperatures). S890Q maintains a minimum impact energy of 30 J at -40℃, effectively preventing brittle fracture risks caused by temperature changes or sudden pressure fluctuations, which is crucial for the safe operation of pressure vessels.

 

Strong Corrosion & High-Temperature Resistance: The optimized chemical composition (rational matching of Cr, Mo and other alloying elements) enables the steel plate to resist corrosion from media such as acids, alkalis, and gases in pressure vessels.
