SPA-H Weathering Plate

SPA-H is a kind of weathering-resistant steel, which adopts Japanese steel grade SPA-H. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties and deviation requirements for thickness and width are in accordance with the Japanese standard JISG3125-2004 "High Weathering Resistant Rolled Steel".

SPA-H process: Firstly, hot rolled strip is acid rolled to produce cold hardened strip, and then cold hardened strip is continuously annealed to produce the final cold rolled product. By optimizing the processes of pickling, rolling, alkali washing, annealing and flattening, Shougang Shunyi Cold Rolling has successfully produced cold rolled SPA-H products. The product is characterized by high strength and good elongation, and the containers made of this product can fully meet the requirements of users and replace the hot rolled coils of the same species.

Weathering steel SPA-H features: weathering steel SPA-H has good atmospheric corrosion resistance, but also has a high temperature, abrasion, molding, fatigue, toughness, plastic extension and other characteristics; can be exposed to use, thinning the use of or simplify the use of painting.
