NM400, NM indicates wear-resistant, and 400 indicates that the average Brinell hardness is around 400.NM400 is widely used in metallurgical industry, road building industry, sand mill cylinder, blades, U-type dump trucks, all kinds of cargo yard, dock machinery parts, bearing structure parts, railway wheel structure parts, rolls, etc.
NM450, NM means wear-resistant, 450 means the average Brinell hardness is around 450. The material is mainly used in mining machinery and other equipment, often used for friction and impact on the key wear-resistant contact surface used on the wear-resistant steel plate.
NM500 is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, which has a high wear resistance, Brinell hardness value of 500 (HBW) is mainly in the need to wear-resistant occasions or parts of the protection, so that the equipment life is longer, reduce maintenance brought about by overhaul and downtime, and accordingly reduce the investment of funds.

Wear-resistant plate use
1.Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill cylinder liner, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash conduit, bucket wheel liner, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner, coal hopper and crusher liner, burner burner, falling coal bucket and funnel liner, air pre-preheater bracket shields, separator guiding blades. The above parts don't have too high requirements on hardness and wear strength of wear-resistant steel plate, so we can use wear-resistant steel plate made of NM360/400 with thickness of 6-10mm.
2. Coal yard: feeding chute and hopper liner, hopper liner, fan blade, pusher base plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide liner, ball mill liner, drill stabiliser, spiral feeder bell and base, kneader bucket liner, ring feeder, dump truck base plate. Coal yard operating environment is harsh, the corrosion resistance and abrasion strength of the wear-resistant steel plate has certain requirements, the recommended material is NM400/450 NM400 thickness 8-26mm wear-resistant steel plate.
3. Cement plant: chute liner, end liner, cyclone dust collector, powder selector blade and guide blade, fan blade and liner, recycling hopper liner, spiral conveyor bottom plate, pipe components, melt cooling tray liner, conveyor chute liner. These components also need wear resistance, corrosion resistance to be a little better wear-resistant steel plate, you can use the material for NM360/400 NM400 thickness 8-30mmd wear-resistant steel plate.
4. Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper liner, grapple edge plate, automatic dump truck dump plate, dump truck body. This requires wear-resistant steel plate with extremely high wear strength and hardness, and it is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plate made of NM500 NM450/500 with thickness of 25-45mm.
