NM400 Abrasion Resistant Steel Sheet
NM400 is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, NM400 has a fairly high mechanical strength; its mechanical properties are 3 times to 5 times that of ordinary low alloy steel plate; can significantly improve the wear resistance of machinery-related parts; therefore, improve the service life of machinery; reduce production costs. The surface hardness of this product usually reaches 360～450HB, which is used for processing and manufacturing of wear-resistant wear parts of mining and various engineering machinery and other applicable structural steel plates.

NM400 abrasion resistant steel sheet product details
NM400 default: steel plate delivered in quenched, quenched + tempered (tempered), TMCP + tempered, tempered or hot rolled condition;
Thickness flaw detection can be done: 1 probe, 2 probe, 3 probe;
Thickness extension can be done: z15, z25, z35.
Wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance good, able to cut, bend, weld, etc., can be taken to welding, plug welding, bolting and other ways to connect with other structures, in the maintenance of the site process of time-saving, convenient and so on, is widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electric power, glass, mines, building materials, masonry, etc., and other materials, compared to other materials, has a very high price-performance ratio, has been favoured by more and more industries and manufacturers.
The plate has good hot forming properties and the hot working temperature should be below 350°C. The plate should be tempered at a temperature of 250 - 350°C (compared to Swedish DILLIOUR400V steel). If the processing temperature of the plate is higher than the transformation temperature (i.e. more than AC), the plate must be tempered at a low temperature after hot-working at 250 - 350°C (150°C higher hot-forming temperature compared to Swedish DILLIOUR 400V steel).
