ASTM A387 Cr-Mo Alloy Steel Pressure Vessel Plates
ASTM A387 is a chromium-molybdenum steel alloy steel plate that can be used to process steel products, steel structures and steel processing parts. These chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates are mainly used in welded boilers and pressure vessels in high-temperature environments.
The plates supplied by this standard include ASTM A387 Grades 2, Grade 12, Grade 11, Grade 22, Grade 22L, Grade 21, Grade 21L, Grade 5, Grade 9, Grade 91. All grades except Grades 21L, 22L and 91 are available in two tensile strength grades.
Grades 21L and 22L are only available as Grade 1, while Grade 91 is only available as Grade 2.
All the plates we stock come from several of the most well-known steel mills in China: Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Taiyuan Iron and Steel, etc.

Inspections and Tests
The inspection and tests that shall be alternately performed on ASTM A387 alloy steel plates include: tension test, Charpy V-Notch impact test, drop weight test, high-temperature tension test, ultrasonic examination, magnetic particles examination.
